Thanks for contacting us. Please make sure you have updated to the latest BaiBoard.

Regarding the error message you have seen - please try exiting the BaiBoard application entirely (not with iPad home key) and see if you still experience the issue.

Two possible causes for your connectivity issue:

1. You should make sure your firewall is not blocking the following server/ports:

Host: *.baiboard.com

Port: 80, 443 and 26273

2. If you are behind authentication proxy server, this could also cause connectivity issue. BaiBoard doesn't currently have proxy sever support yet, but we plan to add it into our next month release.

Sorry about it. Thank you very much. We will fix it in next version.

Thanks for use BaiBoard. You don't need to clear the entire board.

For BaiBoard on Mac, just select diagrams then press the delete/backspace key on keyboard to delete the selecteds.

For BaiBoard on iPad, there are two ways to delete the diagrams. 1.  select diagrams then tap the "delete selected" tools on toolbar. 2. long tap the selected diagram until the menu popup then select the delete menu item.

The two links pointing to the screenshots of these two operations. Hope this is helpful for you.
